Why is everything tagged out in the uploaded skin files ?
It is kind of difficult to test then.
I think that we should Have a tag woth out name, date, plugin version in the top of the skin. eg

How do we handle different versions from skinners?
I think we should use out nicks...... Calculator_MixMan.zip

Tagging comments and who changes what is good practice.

Should we be putting up rough conversions on the wiki (ie just getting xmls converted) and then focus on tweaking in the forums so it is easier to not step on each other and load up the wiki with files we cannot delete?

I agree. This will allow us to see if there images missing from the list that really should be there.
Why not put "in progress (name)" in the notes field when you are working on a plugin xml. Lets people know what's going on then.

Can any more 'guidelines' be added to the wiki page?

I uploaded a very Blue skin with images in the skin root, _CommonImages and Resources. I started to move plugin unique images into the plugin directories.
I has almost all plugins.
This skin can be used when skinning plugins for CommonImages

I took out the Appearence incl ButtonSets....that was 4.5MB.
It is still more than 11MB

I tried Photo and Music Library.....all views was tagged out, so there was a big X with red dots instead of the views.

Need the baseskin.xml. I moved the iconveiw, listview etc to it while we are playing with imagenames/locations.

Once finailised can be moved back to the plugin skin and updated for music icon / video icon etc.

OK then guys; pick a core screen / plugin and start converting/updating the files wiki page. Add a note in the table to say you are working on that plugin skin (like fatman has done with Net Radio).

Revised baseskin.xml and added Net Radio.
