I would like to request a feature to be added to the Web Admin.

I use a UPnP media server called TVersity which can consume an RSS feed that has media enclosures. It seems like all the data is available through the web admin. I would like to see the media in GB-PVR accessible through a web based RSS page using the media enclosure tags. I am most interested in recordings, but others might like the photos and music too. EPG and Zaptools data should be included so that the UPnP server can better index the content.

There are a number of GB-PVR users on the TVersity forums, so I am sure there are others who could use this feature. I suspect there are also other uses for this type of access. It seems that podcasts are often made available through RSS for use in iPods.

Please let me know if you have questions. I am willing to do some of the leg work.

I don't have TVersity but can't you just point TVersity to your recordings/media?

Sorry for such a basic question, but how do you delete a show using EWA? I see no option to do this task. I only see Play Program and Download...

Thanks.

In manage recordings click on the name of the show (next to the IMDB link) - you should then get the Delete option

Yes, I do that now. I'd like access to the EPG data that would be available through the RSS feed.

I have directories in GBPVR setup to nework paths (\\server\video...) in the EWA I see nothing in the Video library tab and can not start streaming from the manage recordings tab. I can start downloading and viewing from the manage recordings tab however.

I suppose this is a rights question but have no clue how to solve it.

What is the full path you are using....my guess there is something in the path name that EWA does not like.....

You back UJB?? I thought I wait before giving you a request.

I've got meself a windows Mobile 5 phone. It's got windows Media 10 on it, and so I've been trying to find a compatible encoding from the streaming so that I can use my phone (via WLAN) to watch streaming recordings. It's also got tcpmp on it (which looks like vlc) but it doesn't seem to accept stream.vlc as a file.

I'm guessing I would like to know how I can change the extention of the streamed file, and two anything that needs to be done to get windows media working - I think I tried it froma pc and didn't have much success (setting the format to wmv etc).
