Help with Comskip for North American Settings?

I was wondering if someone could help me with Comskip settings. I have the comskip kinda working, but every now and again the comskip will miss a commericial or will cut too much and cut some of the show...

Or is there something better now available then Comskip?

Just tune it more. You may even need to set up various comskip.ini's depending on channel. Try this:
