I need help on the following problem! I installed the latest version of gbpvr, and when I'm now watching TV, and I want to zapp to an other channel, then the live-tv stream stops or is hanging, and my mediamvp is rebooting.thanks in advance!

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

It may relate to post #7 from the sticky 'v0.97.13 survival guide' post.

As I said, it may relate to that problem, so yes probably worth installing.

Just stop the GB-PVR software, ie kill GBPVRRecordingService.exe, GBPVRTray.exe and GBPVR.exe in the task list, then copy the NativeUtilities.DLL into the c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\ directory.

Your computer is probably not fast enough to do the realtime transcoding needed to play avi's on the mvp. The mvp can only play mpeg. In general a 2 mhz system should do. Otherwise you could transcode the avi's to mpeg first and then play those.

I don't think so, because it was working before I installed the newest version of gbpvr!

You can check this very easily: when you start the avi keep checking the green time line (press the blue button, I think) when everything works ok the overall time of the avi should grow faster than the file is playing.
I hope you understand:confused:
