mini-PVR case

Just wondering if anyone could recommend a good case for use in a living room. I have a big brute of a Silverstone case, and I want to rebuild my PVR so that it looks a little more sexier and sleeker. A case comparable to a standard DVD player or AMP would be great. I see some people use the ITX boards, but these seem to be underpowered. It also seems like a lot of the small cases have builtin PSUs that have very low power ratings. (<200W)

Any suggestions appreciated.

One of my main PC's is a Tranquil PC. Its got a mini ITX board with 2.0GHz Pentium 4 Mobile processor, all passively cooled with the heat pipes on the Tranquil case. This is one fast but very silent machine.

They sell cases by themselves as well as whole PCs. Worth looking into if you're considering the ITX route. (See link at top right of page).

I just got my Antec NSK 2400 yesterday. Great looking case, and more of the size you are looking for I think. Less than $100 and comes with an Antec 380psu.

Turabj: Thinking of buying a mini-itx in the next few days. Will your setup be powerful enough to potentially record/playback HD content?

Also can the iMON Inside IR Remote be used to wake the machine?

Okay thanks. Any reason why you didnt go for the Shuttle PC route? There are some nice looking cases with farily decent specs.
