Music Library2 missing visualisations

Anyone offer a suggestion as to why the visualisations might not be working in Music Library2 (i think they broke after upgrading from 3.11 to 3.12)???
I've not touched either WMAforaudio true (default) or WMAfornetradio false (default) - which were the only causes of missing visuals that I could find in the forums.

Umm, not sure, I have my wmaforaudio always set to false so i never see visualisations.

Does the regular music plugin show plugins and just my one doesn't??

hadn't thought to check that! No they're not working with the basic ML either - so I guess that's not down to your plugin...
How do the MLs get their visualsiations?? Is there something obvious I might have done to WMP that would have broken the visuals (thay are working fine in WMP itself)??

BTW the latest release seems to be picking up all my tag info fine now so thanks for that!

...or could it be some global setting in GBPVR that I've changed without thinking?? There's definately a black box appearing overlayed on the screen where the visuals should be - just nothing showing in it

Hmm, hate to tell you this, mine works..And in ML2. Just set <UseWindowsMediaPlayerForAudio>true</UseWindowsMediaPlayerForAudio> and off it went.

Nothing to do with overlay or vmr??

What was wrong with your tag info, or did you have the ultraid3 tag errors??

no idea what was up with the tags - I used to get thousands (literally) of unknown-unkown in ML2, while the tags showed up fine in explorer, itunes, WMP etc.
I'm not sure what changed, but since 3.12 i've got full tag details appearing.

3.12 uses WMP for tag reading....That was the change i put in. Surprising that ultraid3 lib wasn't working for you though, I didn't really have too many problems with it....except where reven and i had different versions.

well i'm more than happy with the new arrangement! Just need to get my trippy pictures back now........
