Recording Crashes system (Live TV ok)

Whenever I start to record something my whole system freezes, and I've got to do a reboot to start again. This seemed to coincide with upgrading to 97.13.

Log files are attached.
I've got an ATI Theater-550 card.
on an ASUS K8N-SLI-Premium mo-bo.

This didn't seem to happen (much) with GB-PVR v0.97.7

Any help would be great...

Usually when this happens, it's a problem with the drivers. Did you change drivers for your ATI card recently? Can you try with a different version, or reinstall the existing ones?
