I was just wondering I know it seems like a lot of work, but what about having one single install for plugins at wiki?
It just seems that it would be nice if there was the option that people could get just GBPVR by itself and then get each plugin by itself, but it would also be nice to have a package that would include all the working plugins for the latest gbpvr. By default they could all be unselected, but at least installed in their proper directory.
I know that some plugins might conflict with each other as I've read at wiki, but it would be nice to say at least have a package call the top 10 or 20 downloaded plugins or 10 used plugins.
The truth is that setting up gbpvr is pretty straight forward, but the plugins can sometimes be a little bit of a pain and sometimes we dont' relieze we're missing a dll...etc. A family member of mine wants to put together a PVR and I honestly can't see this person searching for plugins that he would like to have and trying to figure why certain things are working and why they aren't. I love gbpvr and half of my love for it are the plugins. Without the plugins then a person might be better off with another pvr software.
It's just my thought as my family member complains easily and it would be nice to give this person just a third party plugin installation.
I mean even when I go to here http://gbpvr.com/screenshots.htm and look at the plugins I see snapshots of third party plugins there.
It just would make sense to me to have plugins with ones like the weather, new feeds, theatre, volume and the most common plugins as one single install and having it not selected in the main program so a person can decide if they want to use the plugin or not and if it's not checked it's not used.
