98.08 blaster problems

When i install the 98.08 version can find the hauppauge blaster plugin on the channel changer setup. does anyone have the same problem, what should i do? i'm running a PVR-150

You're supposed to select the '.exe channel changer' option and browse to c:\program files\devnz\gbvr\HaupBlast.exe
