Have to end process config.exe when i enter map channels to epg

Had just set up GPVR with all EPG working perfect and thought i had figured it out when i get a virus and have to reinstall windows. I have now reinstalled the latest version of GBPVR however when i try to map channels to epg listings config crashes when it says initializing.

It looks like when GB-PVR tries to get a hold on your tuner, the call just never comes back. Buggy BDA drivers maybe?
