Video Archive drive space error

I have video files from GB-PVR on three separate drives. When I use the VA "Show Free Space" option, the first screen ("Recordings Drive") works fine, but the other screens (one for each drive) all say "Error" next to Total Space, Free Space, and Pending. This used to work, but stopped somewhat recently -- a version or two back; sorry, I don't remember which!

Attached is a screen capture, showing the error. Any ideas?

If you look in the jeff subdirectory you will see a log file(s) called archive-mvp.log or archiver-pc.log. It will tell you what the error was. Usually it means that the disk can not be accessed.
