DFI Infinity RS482 MoBo any good?

Has anyone built a HTPC on this motherboard and can recommend it?
It seems to have everything I want. SPDIF, TV out, Firewire

thats so funny, I just added it to my newegg wishlist for when I upgrade my HTPC, since I wont have to use a graphics card with the integrated x300.
also it has HDTV out, and DVI out, basically an awesome board. pretty cheap as well.

I want it to go with this lian li case
