missing channels

just got gbpvr to work and tuned in the channels
but only around half of the channels can be found
can find all the itv and channel 4 channels but no bbc etc

i have a pci kworld dvb digital tuner and using dvb plus i can find all the channels
gb pvr finds this tuner and the mendip transmitter which is correct
it scans 57 times but keeps repeating the same channels every time

anyone have any ideas why, or please post if more info is needed

I'm in a similar position.
I don't seem to be able to find some of the channels that I get on my STB.

I do get a lot of duplicates tho - With (1) after them and they appear to be the same channels as the ones without the (1) but without sound.

This is normal in the UK. They do have some sounds on the those if you listen long enough. I cant remember exactly what these alternate audio streams were for, but its something audio for those hard of hearing or similar.

now im getting different channels repeating multiple times

it also seems like i have to use the dvb plus to tune the channels in the first place otherwise gbpvr wont find any (with just the drivers installed)

I'm in a similar position.

It turns out that my card is not able to find the channel if it's not actually transmitting.
Ran the scan again after 7pm and bingo
