Cannot update epg on 98.8

Just installed 98.8 and doing EPG update using XML Plugin as EPG Source. Only happened when I executed the ChangeDatabase.exe utility

Thats not GB-PVR having a problem - its the PriorityRecordings plugin you've installed. Its probably not compatible with SQLite or something similar.

Ok, will do reinstall, should I do changedatabase utility first before any setups in Config?

Reinstall what? You dont need to reinstall GB-PVR. Either install an updated version of PriorityRecordings, or remove it from you EPG update batch file.
