From your post are you saying that there is no way from the MVP to watch live streams using ubustream since the buffer file is not generated unless you are either recording or in timeshift mode?

You already asked this question in the "ubustream to MVP" thread. I responded there. It's confusing to everybody if you ask the same question simultaneously in more than one thread.
