ExternalRecorder doesn't show in Plugin List

Am I missing something? I copied the files to the Plugins/Legacy folder (1.1.5) but they don't show up in the config tool.

Nevermind, it was looking in the plugins directory. It's there now.

Has anything improved with H.264 streams?
