Multiple Sqlite errors. I can't get off the ground here!!

This is what I get every time I try to use GB PVR. It tells me to update the EPG so I can use this program for the first time, but my roadblock is listed below. I have all of the required software installed as per the website.

copy the empty.db3 file to gbpvr.db3, overwritting any file you already have witrh this name.
