Can't Remove Failed Recordings

I'm using GB-PVR .97.13 SQL Database.

I've got a bunch of failed recordings I'm not sure what caused them to fail and I don't really care. My problem is that I want to get rid of them.

When I go to the episode and double click it, bring up the menu and select delete, it holds there for a second and goes away, but doesn't get rid of the listing?

there was a patch for this but I don;t know where you would get it from now.
can you not upgrade to 98.8?

I had no idea this was a version problem until now, I can not upgrade until say monday because Today and tomorrow are my biggest recording days and usually my recording sechedule gets whipped out. I'll need to make sure I copy it all and replace it and I don't want to run into errors now.

I'll try upgrading during the week.
