What is the FM connection?

"Unable to locate FM Tuner"

I have an Emuzed Maui IIIG (TV recording is fine) and that's the error I get after adding a channel. How do I configure this to accept the card with an FM tuner?

Is it possible to use the FM connection on my to pull in regualr FM areial signals or is it for some kind of digital FM signal? I got the card from eBay without a manual or BNC to whatever I need. Normally, for FM, I just use some wires!
I imagine it's the same as some of you have setup on your PVR150's.

just for regular FM.
also, many cable companies put the local FM stations over the wire, so if you hook it to cable, you may get better signals.
