Ipod Video Tool/Plugin

Not having the necessary knowledge in order to do something like this, i would like to know if anyone would be willing to create an ipod video plugin. where you can transcode recordings and other video files for an ipod video.

i know there is free and pay software out there.

does this interest anyone? i would be willing to help anyone taking on the project in any way i can. however my knowledge of programming in miniscule.

im sure there are some comutters out there that would be interested in a plugin like this.

think this already exists in the transcode option of the latest version
