MVP OSD Refresh

Im not sure if this is the right place for this - but in this version 98.13 ive noticed that if im watching tv and press the tv guide button on my remote i tend to see the main menu screen every 5 seconds - same happens if i move around the tv guide - after each button press it displays the home screen for a split second..

any ideas ? oh and im using the ContourHC skin.

I mentioned this in a previous post as happening to me every 5 secs also. I also said that I thought I had fixed it by checking Force Minimal MVP OSD; I spoke too soon as this didn't fix it.

Can you please try the attached patch to see if it helps? This refesh issue was just one symptom of the problem, so it should help a few unexplained MVP related problems in v0.98.13.

I'm not 100% sure this patch is binary compatible with v0.98.13, so backup the original file first. (It should be ok)

hi sub - i will test the update as soon as the wifes recordings have finished for the night - it may be tomorrow when i can confirm the results.

I've been experiencing some stability problems on the MVP with 98.13. I haven't applied this patch yet, so I'll give it a shot...

One quick question - how do I apply it? Just save a copy somewhere of the GBPVR.exe currently in my GBPVR folder then put this one in it's place?
