Hi

I recently tried adding a Nova-T USB2 stick to my system (to access freeview digital TV and have a second capture source) to replace a freecom DVB-T stick which I have had lots of probs with.

I have already got a PVR 150 for analogue from my NTL cable TV box.

When I installed the nova-t stick, it found the drivers on the disk supplied, but then the PVR150 IR blaster got messed up (why does the Nova-t mess with the IR blaster drivers when it doesnt even have and IR function!!), so I upgraded the PVR150 drivers from the Hauppauge website.

So I now have in the device manager the Nova-T happily listed and the PVR 150 its IR blaster working fine in GBPVR again.

BUT in both the wintv software that comes with the Nova-T stick and also in Config or GBPVR the Nova-T stick is never found (Device not found or equivalent error)

Is it common to not be able to get 2 Hauppauge devices like these to work (I have read threads that mention difficulties but not heard anything about this combo)? Any thoughts?

Thanks

Tim

I had 3 hauppauge products in one pc and the ir thing is a little pain but once I figured out my pvr usb2 was always the device that had focus it worked fine. Can you please post a picture of your sound, video and games controller part in device manager. It is quite possible the wrong driver got installed.

Hmm - I looked at the device manager panel and the nova-t driver wasn't there now, maybe my attempt to put back the pvr150 wiped it - I will have another go this weekend

Cheers Tim
