video inset on the main menu

hi all - just a quick question about the inset video on the main menu

im watching a video and it appears that if i go to the main menu some of teh video is being cut off from showing - looks like the right and bottom of teh video has been removed - im using the hdeetv skin from advisor and just doing some tweaks to get it looking spot on.

yes it is.

On the MVP I can only show video either fullscreen, half screen or quarter screen. In the blue skin I've tried to make sure my inset windows closely match these (half screen on main menu, quarter screen on all other screens), but its not quite the same size, so there is a little cropping that occurs. Looks close enough in my opinion.

If you're using another skin, the author may not have taken this into account.

There isnt really anything extra we can do to improve on this, other than making sure the skin more closely matches these restrictions.

oh right - sweet as - i found and removed inset from the config.xml (hope this doesnt break anything) - pain in the ass if it doesnt display correctly
