MediaMVP Unable to Detect...

I am at my wits end with this...had MediaMVP working with GBPVR for some time now. Then all of a sudden I can't connect and watch GBPVR through TV. I'm using 98.13 with patch. This is what happens:
Loading Application
Starting Application
Configuring Wired Connection
Checking Network Status
MediaMVP unable to detect your previously saved server setting on the network!
Comes to "MediaMVP Preferred Server" screen
I select the only IP address listed
Saving Setting
Then...
Checking Network Status
MediaMVP unable to detect your previously saved server setting on the network
Comes to "MediaMVP Preferred Server" screen
I select the only IP address listed
Saving Setting...etc

All MediaMVP services are stopped. I tried rebooting my computer, rebooting my router, release and renew DHCP, rebooting the MVP, shut off all firewalls...still keep getting the same scenario. I don't know when exactly this began, not sure of any event that could have triggered it, just know I've been working on it for over a week now without resolution. Anyone have any ideas???

It seems to be encountering a problem getting the MAC address of your PC. I dont know why this would happen though.

Thank you so much for that tip!!!!! I ran WMIDiag and found several errors, then once I corrected them I was able to successfully connect. I am such a happy camper now....Sub you ROCK!!!
