Playlists in Music Player plugin?

I really dig the Music Player plugin, but can't figure out how to play .m3u playlists in it. Do I have to put them somewhere in particular? When perusing folders in Music Player, I am never able to see the playlist files.

They should just show up in the list like any other file. If you post your music player.log file I can try to see what is going on.
