I am new to gbpvr but have used it successfully for about 2 weeks. all of a sudden, the past several scheduled recordings have only recorded the first 4 or 5 seconds and the nothing else. the files are only about 4 megabytes each. i don't understand what has happened since i was able to record successfully for two weeks and have recorded about 8 shows, but now each time i schedule a recording, it only records the first few seconds of it. does anyone know why this is happening? i can click on manual record and it records the shows without a problem, but as soon as i schedule a recording, it doesn't seem to work. has anyone had this happen? any solutions? thanks in advance!

To save me retyping it, read the sticky post titled 'posting support questions'.

The Cyberlink mux can be quite picky with ATSC signals. Can you see if you have the same problem when you use the DVR-MS mux option? I'm guessing it'll resolve the issue.

Alternatively, try different versions of the Cyberlink or ATI mux to see if you fair any better.

the dvr-ms mux seems to have fixed my issue, thanks for the quick responses!
