how to switch to full screen?

how do i switch from windowed to full screen? can't find that option. when i maximize, i still see the blue title bar at the top and taskbar at the bottom. newbie.

Alternately, untick "show in windowed mode" in the general tab in config if you want it to always start full-screen.
