"object reference not set.."

I have upgraded to the latest release two days ago. I am having the "object reference not set.." when I try to view OSD while watching a recording or if I try to change the aspect ratio. It happens randomly and is not consistent.

I am also seeing this entry in gbpvr.exe.log over and over.

"12/1/2006 9:15:01 AM.359 VERBOSE [3] VOL: 65535 (range: 0 - 65535)"

I cant see the "object reference not set.." error in these logs. Post the logs next time it happens.

You can safely ignore the VOL: message. It's been removed in the next release. If it bothers you, then you could set the volume to the 'local volume' option.

Noticed you are using the BlueMCE2 skin. This skin may be causing the errors?

I, too, could not find the error, even through it did happen few times. I do not think it is being captured in the logs. If I increase the logging level, would that help?

As for the skin, I am not really sure, because the error is not consistent.

If its in a GB-PVR popup (rather than some Windows popup window), then it'll be captured in the logs.

It looks like a gbpvr pop-up, but I have no idea why it does not make it to the logs. It is still hapenning.

Without a log showing the error, I couldnt even guess.
