May I start by praising the software and the forum. I wouldn't have a system up and running without the quality of GBPVR and the assistance of the forum.
I read in a post that the idea of Live TV is not to channel surf but to record, pause, rewind etc. Â That's good and I don't want to knock it BUT I was planning a setup that meant hiding a PC in a cupboard with my cable box and an IR blaster. This way I could use my MVP for everything (and maybe buy more MVPs for the rest of the house). Â But alas I can't because changing channels is so slow. I understand why but can we have a key press to start/stop it recording and allow channel surfing.
