started recording a show and 10 minutes later went to watch it. i noticed that with the new version now the nav doesnt come up when i move the mouse around, and if i press the arrow keys to fast forward i get an error message:

Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

this never happened with the old version, just wondering if this is a bug or what.

doesnt happen if the show has already finished recording, only while still recording.

do you have it set to run comskip or ShowAnalyzer while recording? There was a bug that could cause this. This patch should correct it: http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=1...stcount=49

Hi,
I'm having the same problems as mentioned above. I tried to install the patch and I get an error during installation. Anyone else have a problem installing this patch? Any fix?

Thanks

It depends what sort of error you got. Was it a popup window or something else? Post a screenshot.

Sorry, I don't have software to capture a screenshot set up at the moment. Here is the text of the error message:

What data dose this error report contain? (link)

Why should I report to Microsoft? (link)

Hope this helps, thanks.

Nothing springs to mind, but zip and attach the gbpvr logs and I'll take a look.

Not sure if these will tell you anything as I think that because the error came up during installation of the patch it is probably a Windows error. Thanks for looking though.
