ZProcess 1.0.809 has been released!

To date I haven't made a full fledged community announcement as I wanted to be quite sure my program was stable.

ZProcess addresses several issues with Transcoding non-MPGs (avi, wmv, etc) for viewing on the MediaMVP.

In this forum there have been many threads and posts regarding:

• Maintaining of aspect ratios (viewing a downloaded 16:9 AVI on a 4x3 TV - letterboxing, for example)
  
  
• Colour correction, including brighteness, saturation and hue
  

ZProcess gives you that ability to adjust those parameters and more...

• You can choose between using the default 'FFmpeg.exe' (shipped with GB-PVR) or 'MEncoder' (to take advantage of the picture adjustments)
  
  
• You can preconfigure ZProcess to handle several transcode types: trans2MVP, 2mpg, 2avi, 2wmv, etc
  
  
• ZProcess can be called from the 'transcode' feature in the Video Library panel
  
  
• It can be called from the Postprocessing.bat
  
  
• But mostly, it will get called whenever you want an on-the-fly transcode, when you wish to view an AVI or WMV on your MediaMVP...
  

ZProcess is really a shell for a Transcoding engine, but it does much more than act as a batch file. Check it out...
