When i watch a recording or live tv there is to much color. So much color that is realy ugly to watch. Everything else what not comes from my pvr-350 is ok (dvd's, camcorder recordings, pictures enz)

Is there a way to adjust the color settings in a GBPVR settings file? or with the haupauge software? (i don't have installed it now)

Thanks in advance....

I've never used it myself, but some people tweak the colour produced during recordings using the Hauppauge Tweak Tool from http://www.cask-of-amontillado.com/pvr_tweak.html

I was going to suggest that too, but then I noticed that it won't let you change color just sharpness and volume, at least for my 350.Sad

thank you guys .... So this tool i can't use because i have a pvr-350. I found a tool Chris tweaks but it is not free. Are there no other way's to adjust the color ? Maybe the haupauge software itself?

Are you using the tv-out of the 350? If so you might have to setup the scart on the tv differently. Maybe just try another scart-in on the tv.

Edit: one more: You wouldn't have your signal amplified too much?

HTV,

I don't use the tv-out of the 350. All the other things i play (cam recordings, dvd's) are with normal color. Only my recordings have to much color also when I play them with windows mediaplayer.

Is there a way to record with less color?

Thanks....

You could try tweaking the values in the [SETUP-VideoProcAmp] section of the direct.ini file.
