change fonts sizes within skin

I was wondering if there is a way to change the size of the font using different types of skins?

I cannot reduce the size within windows default otherwise it would be to small for my eyes.

But it seems that the font is a little bit to big for the boxes of the skins/program.

Any help or leads to would be really appreciated.

That would be one option, but the text in the boxes seems big enough, I would like to reduce the font size if it is possible.

I am using US English.
