Sub,
I failed to notice this in time but GBPVR hasn't been successfully updating the EPG ever since I installed the 99.5 pre-release (or maybe even one of the earlier versions; I suck at testing). I found an error in the GBPVR.exe log which I've attached. Please let me know if/what I should do. Since it's been going on for a while, the auto-update obviously isn't working. And, I just tried forcing an update and that didn't work, either. Sorry if this is a duplicate post; I checked a bit before submitting and didn't see the same problem anywhere else. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks!

I'm not sure. It looks like zap2it isnt send you a correct gzipped stream, so its unable to decompress the response from zap2it.

I know it doesnt help you solve the problem, but I just checked, and I can listings fine from zap2it.

Would deleting my current recording source and then recreating it help?

Okay, I deleted my old recording source and now I've a new error (I tried updating the EPG in the config app - that's why the file's different, now). See what you think?

Looks like you've entered your zap2it username and password wrong.

Grah >_< Okay, I re-entered my login/password and now, I'm getting the same error, again. Should I completely uninstall and then re-install? Could something be wrong with my .NET installation?

I dont know. From the look of the error, it looks like they're sending you some garbage from their end.

I'd try logging into http://labs.zap2it.com and check that your lineup is listed fine - they've been known to remove them in the past for no release.

It is. And I redid it just in case Sad I submitted an error on the Zap2It forum but haven't gotten a response, there, yet. If you think of anything, please let me know. I've already missed a lot of programs -_-

EDIT: I've seen random messages about Comcast users having problems. Adelphia, here, just switched to Comcast, I think, so maybe that's it?

If we dont think of any alternative, you could try logging the EPG update with Ethereal and zipping and attaching the trace and I'll take a look. This would let me see the info zap2it is sending to GB-PVR across the network.
