problem with video feed on live tv

Hi all-
I'm new to the gbpvr program, and I am having trouble getting a video feed on the live tv setting. I am using a Hauppauge WinTVPVR-350 card, and I can watch live tv fine on the supplied WinTV2000. In gbpvr, however, I get a good sound feed, but no video feed. I was able to program the channels in the tv guide using zap2it and I have set the MPEG decoder to the supplied InterVideo NonCSS decoder. Hopefully I just overlooked something simple, but any help would be appreciated.

After some more messing around, I ended up getting the video feed to work. But, I do have two more questions. I'm using the remote included with the pvr350, and I can do just about everything with it except control the volume. Is there a setting to change this? Also, is there a way to use the power button on the remote to open/close gbpvr? That is the only other thing I cannot get the remote to do.

How did you fix it? I have same problem but with a PVR-150.
