Hi *,

I have this strange situation in .9905 when attempting to play a DVD. When I insert the DVD and select DVD from menu, the DVD menu loads up to where you need to select the language. When I hit "ok" the screen turns black and after about 3 seconds the screen appears again. No way to get out of it except for killing gbpvr.exe via task manager. I noticed the following extract from the logs directory (gbpvr.exe.log) when this happens:

12/29/2006 4:30:06 PM.656 VERBOSE [1] About to play DVD volume: E:\
12/29/2006 4:30:12 PM.421 VERBOSE [1] After PlayDVD()
12/29/2006 4:30:12 PM.640 ERROR [1] Error: msg=0x100 (WM_KEYDOWN) hwnd=0x30194 wparam=0xd lparam=0x1 result=0x0 : System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

I am able to play the DVD in Power DVD and also ran Memtest-86 for just under 24 hours without any errors. The other events that are all over the same log file are

"No key mapping found for:" <insert any button name here>.

Should the "No key mapping found for:" be a concern. The Hauppauge 45 button remote work fine in other parts of the program.

Any pointers much appreciated.

Thanks in advance
