ZapImport Error

I'm suddenly getting the error below when updating the EPG. I tried updating to the newest (12/30) version of ZapImport, but still get the same error. Gbpvr.db3 seems to be updating OK, however.

My zapdb.db3 is only 13KB in size.

Zapimport.log has:

Also, Zapdata.xml isn't updating. Its file timestamp is still at Dec 31, 2006.

Running GBPVR v0.99.5.

Any ideas? Change of year problem??

Since I updated to the latest zaptools, I can't get zapimport to run. I get the same messages in the log as the previous post:

Which data file is this referring to: gbpvr.db3 or zapdb.db3? Something else?

I'm still getting the error. I'll have to stop using ZapImport until this is corrected.

BTW, I saw this post by Sub. I wonder if there is any connection?

When I changed my config for zap tools to not use the listings downloaded by gbpvr, the problem seemed to go away. I'm at work right now & don't have the exact setting, but I think if you look in the zaptools config file, you'll see the one I am talking about.

Okay, that is good information.

I wonder if ZapImport is going to have to "re-download" the data from Zap2It? If so, that is a shame as the purpose of using the data that GBPVR had already downloaded was to minimize usage of Zap2It's bandwidth.

I hope the author of ZapImport is reading this thread and can "fix" the problem.

The problem is not with zapimport, it's the xml file created by gbpvr that is sometimes invalid. In this thread sub says this is fixed for the next release.

The 0.99.12 release with the fix is now available in this thread. Item in change.log:
- fixed a bug that could cause a corrupt c:\zap2it.xml to be created when <SaveZap2itXML>true</SaveZap2itXML> in config.xml
