I have a PVR350 card. What I would really like to be able to do. Is to manually set GBPVR to record radio on a specified channel at a designated time. Is this possible?

I was about to post this very same wishlist item. It would be great to be able to have a simple recording capability like this.
It should/could mesh with the regular recording schedule to notify of conflicts (since the card can't share), but only by timeslot.

If your station has a netcast version (becoming more common) AND it is ShoutCAST (becoming less common in my experience) you might look at UbuStream http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Plugin/UbuStream I haven't tried it yet, but I will soon.

This isn't a plug-in, but I think it will do whay you want.

That looks like a good one, too-- thanks!
I really would like/prefer a solution for over-the-air, though, as netcasts can be problematic. Mostly I'm trying to grab NPR (USA) shows that I can't get to due to my schedule; sometimes it's easy to find a netcast, sometimes not. And just because there is a netcast link, doesn't mean it's always "up"...

I'd like to put in my vote for this as well. I've used four different PVR apps now and GB-PVR is hands down the best, but it's the only one without FM Radio recording abilities. I'm with toomanyhandles, I'm just out to record NPR shows and such and integrating this into GB-PVR would make my life so much easier, since it's already running as a service. Thanks!

I agree.. this would be a cool addition. I just wish I could tune in to AM stations, but that's a hardware thing...

LOL - one of these day's we're going to wear sub down on this issue.
![]() Unless, of course, he's got so fed up with us asking for this that he just ignores posts with the words 'record radio' in the subject. ![]()

Any update on whether this may happen or not?
