Web Interface not so fancy?

Hey guys, I've tried to do some searching but without much luck. When I installed GBPVR and pulled upt he web scheduling interface it looked like it does in the screenshots. Within a week the interface lost all the nice formating and colors like below. Anyone know what I might have done to it? It doesn't seem like a security issue or browser setting but I'm not sure.

in the config option, set the theme to default or blue or something other than blank...
