Live TV Choppy recording Fine

I have been running my GBPVR system for 9 or 10 months now and suddenly any live TV (audio and Video) it choppy. A restart does not solve it. A defrag does not solve it. Anyone know what I can do?

zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.
