How do I setup DVB card?

I am brand new to this and have tried to find as much info as I can but still struggling.

I have a Satellite card by DigiTop that another piece of software identifies it as a "Twinhan VisionPlus Satellite ST-03T". I can't seem to find any DBA drivers for it and GB-PVR doesn't recognize any devices on my machine. I have been watching satellite with this card for quite awhile now and would like to try it with GB-PVR.

Has anyone successfully setup with this card?

If it doesnt have BDA drivers, then it wont work with GB-PVR.
