No sound in recordings, no able to fast forward

So I recorded a show for the first time tonight. The picture looks fine but there is no sound when played in GBPVR and no sound if I open the file with windows media player so it looks as though the sound was no recorded. Live TV has perfect sound for that channel.

I am using a cyberlink remote as well and the fast forward and pause functions do not work with the recordings. How can I make it work? My remote setting is on MCE 2005 IR Blaster.

I have not changed any recording settings from default.
I am using the Powercolor ATI 550 PRO
