Thanks,

I'm having the same problem. I don't see the HD channel numbers that appear in the OnAir GT software within the scan results of GBPVR. I'm guessing that I'll have to manually enter the needed values. So, my question is, how did you get the channel info string above (in bold)?

I've tried TSReader but all it gives me are main channel numbers (i.e. 99 rather than 99.1 or 99.2, etc.) and there is no video displayed. Therefore I can't get any detailed info from it.

Thanks.

Can you do a scan, then zip and attach your config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log?

In the OnAir application I saw that the two stations that I wanted were coming in on channel 112. I knew CBS to be at 4.1 and NBC to be at 11.1 so I just tried entering T:112,4,1 for CBS and T:112,11,1 for NBC in the GB-PVR channel mapping and much to my surprise it worked.

Sure, Sub. I do not have access to my machine at the moment. When I get back I will do the scan.

Thanks.

Niebs how did you know that CBS and NBC were 4.1 and 11.1?

Logs attached.

For reference, the HD channels I found with OnAir software so far are: 76.1, 76.2, 77.1 and 77.2. The lowest channel I get with GBPVR scan is 79.

That is how the channels are named in the OnAir application and those are the channel numbers that my QAM TV uses to tune those stations.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get the GBPVR scan to look for channels below number 79? Most of my HD channels are down there?

Thanks.

You can edit "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\BDA\ATSC\qam.ini" to do that.

See post #110 on this thread, you need to edit the qam.ini file to start at a lower channel number.

Sorry sub, you responded while I was composing.
