help needed...

Hi can anyone tell me what i need to do please...i have just downloaded the gb-pvr and i need help to configuar so that i can put all the channels into it so i can record from them ...but first the mux checker tells me that i need a multiplex filter to be able to run this...can anyone tell me where i candownload one of these filters please...many thanks for your help...
