no tv picture in live tv

hi I have gbpvr installed on a xp machine with 512 mb of ram 1.2 ghz processor.

My problem is when I click live tv in gbpvr all i get is snow as though the aerial isnt in yet I know it is please help

Sounds like you dont have the right channel numbers entered in your capture source. Do the channel numbers match those you see when you run the Tuning Assistant?
