When I am delaying live TV by playing a pending recording while it is still recording, if I get within two minutes or so of the end of the timeline, FF and skip do not work correctly. They both freeze the picture. Pressing REW unfreezes the picture immediately. Waiting 10 seconds or so also allows the picture to continue - at least when I press FF.

When this happens if I switch the TV over to the live broadcast, I am caught up and not 2 minutes or so behind like the timeline says.

On finished recordings, this doesn't happen and the recordings allow FF and skip to the end (actually within one FF or Skip time from the end) and it never freezes.

Anyone else see this behavior?

Yeah, I've had this issue more than a few times as well. The total length in the timeline is too high. So if a recording started at 9PM (with 1 minute padding), and it's 9:30PM, the total length in the timeline would be something like 36 minutes. (That's not an exact example, I just made up numbers, but that's basically what happens)

I haven't upgraded to 99.12 yet (still running 99.5), so I don't know if it's fixed in that one yet.
