Shouldnt do.

Every release for the last couple of years just asks Windows to convert zap2it's UTC date/times into local times. Behind the scenes Windows depends on your timezone being set correctly for this to work, so I'd double check that first.

Nope. The timezone is set right, the EPG was emptied and refilled multiple times, and no matter what i do the time is always off by one hour in the tv listings. The only way to make it all work happily is to make the time of the PVR box one hour earlier so the time offsets wipe each other out.

Any you've got you box configured to automatically adjust for daylight savings? There is a check box in the 'date and time' control panel.

Yes. The system is running XP and all MS patches are up to date as well.

Nope, I only have the one card, and I even went so far as to delete the capture source and then recreate/repopulate it from scratch.

No matter what I do, everything is one hour off.

Would upgrading to 99.12 make a difference?

What OS are you running? Did you apply the patch for DST?

What do you mean an older version? of what?

I've read that link before, and am happy that GB-PVR is ok given that description.

When you open the date and time properties (double click on the time) what does it say is the current timezone. This is listed below the calendar.
