No Picture on Live TV and stuttery sound

Hi
I went to watch live TV today and I get no picture and stuttery sound, I thought it may be the signal strengh or quality but I checked using CTRL O and its fine.
I have tried playing old recordings and they playback fine.

Anyone got any ideas, I`ve attached my logs

There is nothing obvious in your logs, but I'd try explicitly setting the audio/video decoders rather than relying on 'System Default', otherwise you could easily find the behaviour changes from day to day.
