I'm having trouble finding the command line syntax for VideoRedo. Have you already developed a batch file that will process a file? I am impressed with how fast VideoRedo processes the file..

Have a peek at this...I haven't tried this myself.

There is also a gui batcher (which you are probably not interested in) that I used to batch-quickfix all my mpegs.

UPDATED...attached the batch file mentioned in the thread so save you some time.

ZProcess has the feature of using a cache to reuse previously transcoded videos.

example:
You watch a AVI. It Transcodes in the background, on the fly. When it's done the transcoded MPG is copied into a Cache.

If you were to wanna watch the file again, rather than transcode all over again, ZProcess just roots through the cache, copies the file into place, and GB-PVR is none the wiser. Plus since the file is already transcoded, you can skip rw/fw...

Till now, the MPG in cache was the same type of transcoded MPG that has its timing flaws.

But what if, after the MPG is transcoded, and but before it is copied into the cache, it is Quick Stream Fixed with Video Redo.

That way, if you wanna view the file again, you can, there won't be any transcoding, BUT, the file will have been fixed and you will be able to shuttle around to your hearts content.

I have it working quite well right now. What I do is, start a show, pause it. Go make some coffee or supper or whatever, come back, stop it, start it again, and the file is great...

It is really the only thing I can think of to get a couch potato solution for viewing AVIs...
