As always, I appreciate the patience everyone has had with my software, and mostly my support.
Something that would help me when you are posting a support question is to include the log files that were generated as well as some information on the devices you are using: CPU, RAM, OS, MVP version, Wireless,or Wired etc...
Thanks to so many, I have added a lot of logging to ZProcess, and as problems appear and get tracked, with my other utilities as well...
For ZProcess, the log files are stored in the current day's backup folder. There are three files I'd like you to Zip and attach when I ask for log files: ZProcess.log, ZProcessRegSettings.log, and ZProcessVerifyFiles.log.
Another note when troubleshooting ZProcess. If I ask for the logs, I would ask that you generate new ones by clearing the log file first (from the Utilities tab) and then closing, ZProcess, then recreating the problem. I would ask that you only try to recreate the problem three times. Then zip and attach the files...
Also, please don't just copy and paste the log file into a support post.
